Before starting a project, we recommend a consulting session or two to clarify your goals and the best approach for your product stage, audience, and growth plans. You can book your first session at a super-discounted rate of £50.
we SCOPE
Once we’ve had a consultation and are clear on what you want to achieve, we’ll prepare a scope for your campaign or project. It will include goals, timelines, and a payment plan that fits your business.
we work
Once the scope is signed off, we get to work. We’ll include checkpoints and consultations along the way to keep you up to speed. Anything outside the scope is billed at our hourly rate.

Product Videos
Create product videos that celebrate the best parts of your product, educate prospects on the value of your solution, and show existing customers how to get the most from their subscription. We can either create these as stylized videos with a creative marketing feel or record these as demos of your actual product. All videos have stock music to match your brand and AI voiceover in your accent of choice.
Content
Give us an inch, and we’ll run a mile with it. We’re super good at converting your demos, voice notes, and feature releases into punchy and exciting written content. It doesn't matter how easy or complicated the concept is; we'll take what you give us and spin it into something your audience wants to read and share, and that folks with a degree of distance from your product, like us, will understand.
Website Messaging
Create stand-out landing pages for your product modules, buyer personas, or use cases. These pages have fresh messaging that cuts to the chase and graphics that fit your brand identity. They are supplied as a Figma file for you to implement. In some cases, we may also be able to implement the page for you (for example, on low-code/no-code content management systems).
Helpdesk Content
Help your customers to help themselves with easy-to-follow customer success content and support articles. These include fully annotated graphics, how-to GIFs, and walkthrough videos. Getting someone with a degree of distance from your product is also helpful for ensuring that the content is “idiot-proofed” and easy to follow.
Case Studies
Do you have a customer with a story to tell about using your product to make a difference? Let's get that recorded! We can support you with recording and producing a customer testimonial video, a written case study, or both using an in-depth interview format. If required, we can also get this designed as a document, or a web page, ready for attachment to follow-up emails.
New-Trial Campaigns
Keep your audience engaged when they start a trial with a complete review of your trial campaigns and follow-up content. This might involve the creation of articles to support automated emails, how-to videos, or in-app cues that help guide users toward realising your product is something they can’t live without.
